Where are your server based please?
Also can you give me the IP address of the server I would be hosted on before I sign up?

Our web servers are located in the United Kingdom, please see the left column on http://www.everymanhosting.com/hosting/
You can indeed ask for the IP address of the server you will be hosted on, but please do so by emailing support on the day that you are going to sign up.
