We've vastly improved the methods that you can use to contact support.

In addition to the email and telephone services we've added more to make it even easier for you to contact support. With our dedication to pre-emptive action (24/7/365 server monitoring and counter measures) support requests are still exceptionally low, with only a handful of requests each month we've decided to put all the spare time that support technicians have to good use.

We've introduced an Emergency Response Cellular Service where you can call or text a UK based mobile phone service to get support in emergency situations. In the age where mobile call costs are falling across the board, and where mobile phone contracts include decent amounts of inclusive call time and texts across networks, we felt this could become an invaluable service to our client base.

We've now also set up support contact via all major instant messenger services. You can chat with support techs via Yahoo, AOL, ICQ and Windows messengers.
