How to set up email accounts in cPanel

Now you will want to create one or more email addresses in cPanel

You will need to be logged into your cPanel web hosting control panel to add, remove or maintain any email accounts.

Click on the email icon (step 1 in the image below), and you will arrive at the Mail Manager Main Menu where you now need to click on the Add/Remove Accounts link (step 2 in the image below). This will bring you to the Mail Account Maintenance page where you now need to click on the Add Mail Account link which will open the Add Mail Account page.

Now enter the name (username) of the email address, for instance, if you want to add webmaster@yourdomain.com, you would just enter webmaster in the Email entry box (to the left of the @ symbol) and then select the domain from the drop down menu on the right. Then enter a password for that account in the Password entry box and enter a value for this mailbox's quota (the default is 10mb, but if you leave this blank, it will be set as an unlimited quota). Now click on create and the account will be ready for use.

It really is as simple as that..
