Hello,
Can anybody tell me of a good website design and development company in
Virginia/DC Metro area? Someone recommended tamdigital.com .Any
recommendations on this company?

No one here could recommend a specific company (your link has been edited to remove the URL btw), but we can recommend a search through designfirms.org who have a comprehensive database of designers worldwide.
Don't forget to check out their portfolio before making a choice, informed choices are very important when making investment in any web site work.
As a matter of interest, what would make you want to restrict yourself to a company within that locality?
